June 11 meeting: Picnic at Historic Home

   June 11 at 5 pm the Society members will convene at the home of Dr. & Mrs. Lynn Leigh, 533 Gordon Avenue, Madisonville for a potluck picnic and tour.  Some announcements will be made but no business meeting will be held. 
    Built in 1824 and featured in the book 86 Madisonville Historic Homes by Jane Ann Jackson, it was home to three generations of Gordons including in the 1960’s U.S. District Judge James Fleming Gordon.
